Its varieties of ham include white pig (18-24 months), Castaña Duroc (up to 24 months) and Chato bat (up to 30 months). The experience includes a visit to the ham and loin dryer, where visitors learn about the traditional healing process, which benefits from the climate of the Sierra de Segura to get unique flavors. After walking through our garden we will go back to the cortijo where we will make the workshop and teach you how to make preservas to enjoy seasonal products all year round. At the end of the workshop you will be able to taste the works and take a little cake to continue to taste it at home.
